Passport and Visas

Foreign visitors entering Greece must have a valid passport, or ID if they reside within the E.U., since Greece is a full European Union member.

Invitation Letter
If you need a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please contact the Congress Secretariat as soon as possible. In order to issue the letter of invitation, on line registration and respective payment is previously required.

Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail, along with a scanned copy of the visa decline letter attached, before August 31st. For requests received after September 1st, the cancellation policy for general congress registration will apply.
